The Orchards at Armada in Armada, Michigan is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day and night 12-hour shifts. We are seeking caring professionals committed to quality resident care and teamwork.

As an RN on our night shift team, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents' health, document observations, and collaborate with the care team to support transitions and daily operations. LPN licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure (preferred) and demonstrated nursing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Reinforces health care instructions to residents and families.
• Collaborates with the care team to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Observes and reports vital signs, symptoms and overall condition.
• Documents patient responses to care and interventions.
• Maintains safe, comfortable environmental conditions and unit management.
