Job summary

Chippewa Manor in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a day-shift role in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. This position offers flexibility in weekly scheduling and a supportive team environment.

As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, assess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate treatments for rehab and senior patients.

Responsibilities

• Providing registered nursing care primarily for rehab clients, extended care and senior patients
• Assessing patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaboration with health care team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols
• Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
• Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
• May include supervision of licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff

Job description

Status: Full-Time (Day shifts 3, 12 hour shifts)

Compensation: Competitive - starting at $30-36 based on experience and skill sets
