Job summary

Spring City Care and Rehab Center in Spring City, TN seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents across short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care in our skilled nursing facility.

You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, oversee wound and IV care, and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team. Supervising CNAs, documenting in EHR, and promoting resident safety are key duties.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in short-term rehab, long-term care or memory care preferred.
• CPR certification and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Oversee wound and IV care and monitoring.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and regulatory compliance.
