Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and best practices.
• Supervise and support CMAs and CNAs during your shift.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and update care teams accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostics.
• Ensure resident safety and uphold all infection control standards.
