The Registered Nurse (RN) at ProMedica's Flower Hospital in Ohio delivers patient-centered care as part of the Acute care team. The RN coordinates a patient’s plan of care, collaborates with families and health professionals, and uses open communication, mutual respect and shared decision-making.

In this role you will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care, working with fellow nurses and support staff to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR training.
• 24 hours of continuing education during licensure period, including at least 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.
