Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Miami in Miami, OK is seeking a PRN iFlex Nurse to join our team. This flexible, per-diem role offers $50 per hour and the chance to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive setting.

The I-Flex pool RN provides care delivery and documentation, conducts assessments, develops and implements care plans, and mentors staff as needed. Must have OK RN license, BLS/ACLS, and current driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN patient care experience within the past 3 years.
• RN license in OK or eNLC member state.
• BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire.
• Other certifications based on service line skill.

Responsibilities

The I-Flex Resource Pool RN Staff manages the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessments/re assessments.
• Develops plan of care.
• Implements appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluates appropriate patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years. (2 year LPN or Paramedic experience = 1 year RN)
• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
