Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool Team on night shift at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Waxahachie. This role is ideal for adaptable, experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy caring for a diverse patient population.

Schedule

Full Time – 36 hours per week, (3) 12-hour shifts per week

Nights: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

No call required

About The Role

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient units within your clinical skill set. You’ll support areas throughout the hospital, gaining broad clinical exposure while helping meet critical staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
