Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in McKinney, TX is seeking an RN Float to coordinate patient care across units on the night shift (7pm–7am). You will assess needs, plan care, and delegate interventions to the team, ensuring patient safety and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center | McKinney, Texas

Shift/ Schedule: Full Time | Night Shift | 12hr shifts | 7pm - 7am

As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues.
