Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med-Surg on onsite at 81 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA. The RN provides patient and family centered care and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing school, MA RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred. Minimum 2 years in Med-Surg. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Med Surg.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse manages all aspects of the nursing process and the delivery of patient and family centered care.
• The RN has the responsibility and authority to request and use governing and administrative resources, technological and support systems, and multidisciplinary clinical experts necessary to manage and deliver quality, cost effective patient care.
• Deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care to diverse patient populations.
• Onsite work location is 81 Highland Avenue, with collaboration across care teams.
