Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Minnesota Board-approved nursing program.
  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive resident assessments and establishing baseline health status.
  • Developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans.
  • Monitoring resident conditions and responding to changes in health status.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed.
  • Supervising and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel.
  • Providing clinical leadership and ensuring quality resident care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Supporting resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
  • Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices.

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool RN, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Through comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation, you will develop individualized care plans that support each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
