Kintegra Health is seeking an RN Float Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care across Gastonia and Shelby. The nurse works under the Clinical Services Director but applies nursing knowledge independently within the scope of their license.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, NC RN licensure, and up-to-date immunizations. Prior RN experience, including elder care, is preferred, with strong clinical and collaborative skills.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Has practiced nursing in the last 3 years; 3 years RN experience with at least 1 year with frail elderly.
• RN licensed in NC.
• Immunizations up to date and medically cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Collect patient data and follow unit standards with appropriate responses.
• Identify patient problems, set priorities, and determine referrals.
• Observe participants to determine clinic visits and initiate advanced therapy as needed.
• Administer medications and train self-administration of non-scheduled meds.
• Communicate with the team and coordinate 24-hour care during on-call rotations.
