Ascension in Racine, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for the All Saints Hospital Float Pool on the Day Shift. This full-time role delivers compassionate patient care within established protocols and collaborates across departments.

You will document progress, communicate updates to the multidisciplinary team, and promptly execute orders to keep treatment plans advancing safely. BLS and RN licensure required; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or transfer date.
• RN credential issued by Wisconsin Board of Nursing, active or multi-state license.
• PALS preferred; ACLS/other certifications acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care adhering to protocols and best practices.
• Coordinate patient services across clinical disciplines as liaison.
• Document progress and relay critical updates to the care team.
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly to advance treatment plans.
