Deer Park Health & Rehab, located in the Nebo mountains, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, and help plan and implement care that supports residents' health and well-being.

The role offers full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance, including 8- and 12-hour shifts, and a supportive, resident-centered culture in a beautiful mountain community.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing with the state.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and oversee delivery of nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient progress, update care plans, and maintain documentation.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgement and leadership in nursing teams.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
