Job summary

Christian Care Communities at The Homeplace at Midway is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate, family-like team. You will provide direct nursing support, ensure continuity of care, administer medications, and maintain thorough documentation to support excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active License as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
• Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions
