Job summary

Timber Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Wisconsin. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, including evening PM shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

You will monitor patients, interpret symptoms, and collaborate with physicians to tailor care plans, while performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate charts. Qualified candidates hold an RN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
