Trinity Regional Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at 2144 Welbilt Blvd, Trinity, FL. With new leadership and a renewed commitment to excellence, there’s never been a better time to become part of our long‑term and rehabilitation care team.

You will provide patient‑centered nursing, follow Nurse Practice Act guidelines, and collaborate with a supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing education program.
• At least 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting.
• Current RN license in state(s) of practice; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow Nurse Practice Act guidelines, facility policies and procedures, and nursing judgment.
• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care for long-term and rehab patients.
• Deliver nursing care for long-term and rehabilitative care.
• Implement care plans and evaluate patient response.
• Direct and supervise other nursing personnel.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge of equipment use.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with rights and policies.
• Work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends.
