Job summary

Golden LivingCenters in Indiana is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to our residents. You will work as part of an interprofessional team, delivering resident-centered care and participating in discharge planning.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license in the state, maintains CPR certification, and demonstrates strong collaboration, ethics, and commitment to excellent health care deliveries.

Qualifications

• Currently Licensed RN in state of practice required.
• Must hold and maintain CPR certification; CPR required within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing; no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered focusing on resident outcomes using the nursing process.
• Identify resident needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and interdisciplinary care team.
• Implement plans consistently and cost-effectively with focus on resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals by sharing information on plan changes.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
