Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a top-tier healthcare system in Ohio in its search for a Registered Nurse (RN). This full-time role offers flexible day and night shifts, with opportunities across acute care and rehab settings.

You will provide direct nursing care, monitor telemetry, administer IV meds, and educate patients and families. The ideal candidate will hold an active Ohio RN license, have a nursing degree from an accredited program, and obtain BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in acute care and rehab settings.
• Perform telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and pain management therapies.
• Conduct neurological assessments and patient/family education.
• Support mobility, transfers, wound care, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
