Job summary

Golden LivingCenters is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care and coordinate discharge planning for residents. This role offers weekend options and flexible scheduling to support patient-centered outcomes.

Employees receive education reimbursement up to 7,500 USD per year and three health plan options, with Delta Dental, life insurance, disability, and a 401(k) retirement plan. CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• No findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation in the registry.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality nursing care focused on outcomes using the nursing process.
• Identify needs and input for discharge planning and follow-up during length of stay.
• Develop individualized care plans with residents and interdisciplinary team.
• Implement care plans effectively with resident-centered outcomes and available resources.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals by sharing information relevant to plan changes.
