Job summary

Twilight Gardens in Norwalk, OH is seeking a full-time registered nurse to provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team on treatment plans. The successful candidate will hold an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and pass background and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Observe and record patient behavior
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
• Collect patient health history
• Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans
• Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
• Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate
• Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients
• Improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes
