Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license.
• ASN minimum; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone triage, manage test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to messages via electronic health records, and document in Epic.
