Job summary

Ahwatukee Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a 12-hour shift environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with Day and Night options to support work-life balance.

You will assess, plan, and administer medications, lead a nursing team, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Arizona required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to lead others and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Lead and mentor the nursing team and coordinate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.
