Job summary

Mercy is seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse for the Gig Nursing Program across Mercy facilities in Missouri. You can select day or night shifts, with no guaranteed hours, and must schedule a minimum number of hours on short notice.

Roles span Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, MS, and Women’s Health, with EPIC experience preferred. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited RN program, RN licensure, and 1 year of bedside RN experience for Med Surg (2+ years for other

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Licensure: maintain RN license in hiring state.
• Experience: 1 year bedside RN for Medical-Surgical; 2 years for ED/ICU/etc.; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process with professional accountability.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Adapt to flexible shifts as part of the Gig Nursing Program and meet scheduling requirements.
