Job summary

Mercy is seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse through the Gig Nursing Program. Pick day or night shifts; no weekend or holiday requirements and no guaranteed hours. You’ll schedule a minimum number of hours and must be available on short notice; shifts can be canceled last minute.

Earn $40/hour plus variable shift incentives as a W-2 employee, with a minimum 12 hours every 90 days and up to 30 hours per week across Mercy facilities in MO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or a compact licensure.
• BSN preferred by Mercy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process with accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain Mercy Service Standards and contribute to a supportive caregiving team.
• Ability to be flexible within the Gig Nursing Program and scheduling requirements.

Education
