Mercy Hospital Washington seeks an Operating Room RN – First Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care. You will coordinate perioperative processes, lead and mentor care teams, and uphold patient rights. The role supports Mercy’s mission and values in every interaction.

The position requires MO RN licensure, 2+ years intraoperative experience; CNOR/RN-First Assistant cert within 1 year, BSN preferred. Day shifts, full-time with call, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in the State of Missouri
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse; 3+ years preferred
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS – required within 1 year of hire CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification required within 1 year
• Preferred Certifications: CNOR, CRNFA Education: BSN preferred
