Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking skilled registered nurses to provide 1:1 home health care.

Join a team focused on one patient at a time, with a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and ongoing clinical support in patients' homes. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, educate families, and document care, with flexible day/evening/overnight shifts and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles in the Burlington area; weekly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
