We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work for injured workers, acting as liaisons among involved parties. Applicants must have at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience.
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, serving as communication liaisons. While travel is frequent, a home-based office is maintained.
RN licensure preferred; bachelor’s in health or human services required with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

Salary range for jurisdictions requiring pay transparency is $78,000-$95,000 annually, with quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO, disability, life insurance, EAP, flexible spending, and voluntary benefits.
