Registered Nurse – Progressive Care (Onsite, Full‑Time – Day/Night Rotation)
Responsibilities
- Provide top‑scope nursing practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Utilize the AACN Synergy Model and specialty certification standards in evidence‑based care for the PCU.
- Prioritize patient wellness, perspectives, and evidence‑based practices.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and staff.
- Contribute to patient safety and quality at the point of care.
- Participate in a four‑phase orientation under the Progressive Care Fellowship program, including simulation, blocked learning, and competency verification.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state‑board approved Registered Nursing program (if < 3 years of experience).
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
- Valid BLS CPR card (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) with card in hand before start date and card good for at least 60 days after hire.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Pay schedule: 72 hours per pay period (bi‑weekly).
- Shift: Day and Night Rotation; onsite only.
