Role Overview:
The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They practice in a clinical setting under the guidance of Nurse Managers, utilizing evidence-based practices aligned with organizational models and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring individualized treatment through critical thinking and clinical standards.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care that considers patient and family involvement through effective communication and shared decision-making.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering teamwork, inclusivity, and open communication within the healthcare team.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support professional development by completing required training, mentoring staff, and serving as a preceptor.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of five years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking, time management, and emergency response skills.
- Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
