Job summary

Orlando Health Home Care, part of LHC Group, seeks an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of the home health provider. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive profitability while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires a current and unrestricted RN license with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related field.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Florida-specific requirement: ED may also be DON if agency has fewer than 10 FTEs; alternate DON designation if serving more than two agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long range objectives of the company.
• Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhances the profitability of the agency; motivates and retains a qualified staff and assures the quality of services delivered.
