Job summary

Kettering Health Soin in Beavercreek, OH, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for every-weekend coverage. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the health team, ensuring safety, quality, and continuity of care across diverse clinical settings. BLS credential and Ohio RN license required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Clinical experience during nursing education is acceptable; BSN preferred for preferred qualifications. ACLS or specialty certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) EWC delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Required Work Experience:

• None required
• clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations:

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
