Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care using evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• Floats to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making.
