Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current and valid CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use electronic health records and communication tools.
• Ability to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects weighing 100 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess resident conditions and evaluate care plan effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in resident conditions.
• Participate in resident care programs, ensuring adherence to plans of care.
