Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
Current and valid CPR certification.
Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use electronic health records and communication tools.
Ability to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects weighing 100 pounds or more.
Responsibilities
Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize the nursing process to assess resident conditions and evaluate care plan effectiveness.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in resident conditions.
Participate in resident care programs, ensuring adherence to plans of care.
