Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee day-to-day activities during assigned shifts. The role ensures adherence to professional standards and local regulations while coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising care plans, evaluating residents on admission, and performing rounds. The position may involve direct patient care when needed and requires valid RN licensure and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification

• Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers
