Job summary

Beechtree Center For Rehabilitation & Nursing is hiring a Full-time Evening Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the Nursing Department under the DON and ADON. Earns $90,000 to $95,000 with generous PTO/holidays and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NY RN license required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Facility.
• Ensure that all nursing services personnel are following their respective job descriptions.
• Participate in Facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
• Make daily rounds of the Nursing Services Department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
