Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Registered Nurse for evenings, full-time. You will provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency and urgent care setting, using nursing processes and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of emergency department experience or 18 months of ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• ACLS & PALS certifications required.
• State of New Mexico nursing license or Compact State license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Prioritize and coordinate patient care with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments and document care.
• Monitor patient progress and discharge planning.
• Mentor and support team members and students.
