Job summary

Mercy Hospital Lincoln is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time night-shift position features a 36-hour week and a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 for experienced nurses.

The ED has 26 beds and operates 24/7 with support from care techs and an established team culture. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with departments to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications.
• Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
