Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Hartsville, SC. This 13-week night-shift assignment requires a minimum of 2 years in ER and active RN licensure (state or multistate).

ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. The RN will provide direct patient care, apply the Nursing Process, and collaborate with ED staff to maintain efficiency and patient flow during overnight coverage.

Description:The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures.

The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the safe delivery of care to patients in the Emergency Department.

Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.

Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.

Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
