Job summary

Atlas MedStaff is seeking a registered nurse for the busy Emergency Department in a level 2 trauma center in Bismarck, ND. The 13-week contract involves 12-hour night shifts, caring for patients of all ages with urgent conditions such as trauma, strokes, and cardiac arrests while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Onboarding includes a week of skills and charting training, plus preceptor-led shifts to support stabilization and transfer of patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a registered nurse in acute care or emergency settings is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and commitment to patient care in emergent situations.
• Willingness to participate in onboarding and ongoing training.

You’ll work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced environment with real-time decision-making and teamwork. A dedicated onboarding includes a week of skills and charting training, plus preceptor-led shifts to support stabilization and transfer of patients.

Shift: 12-hour nights, starting at 5:00pm or 9:00pm, with scheduled days every other weekend and holidays
