Job summary

A community service organization in Syracuse seeks a proactive Registered Nurse to oversee participants' medical care within the Enhanced Step-Down Program. Qualifications

• Must have a valid NYS Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health of up to 30 participants in the ESD Program.

• Review and document participant nursing assessments.
