Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino is seeking an RN Per Diem I for Emergency Services to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform clinical assessments, develop age-appropriate care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team.
This role requires at least two years of acute care nursing, California RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
As our RN Per Diem I - Emergency Services, you will be a vital member of our patient care team, delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Every day you will perform clinical assessments and risk screenings, develop age-specific care plans, and prioritize care based on patient acuity. You will execute physician orders, manage medications, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow. Throughout your shift, you communicate effectively with patients and families, provide thorough bedside reports, and document care accurately while maintaining a commitment to patient satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical expertise with technological proficiency, a commitment to AIDET principles, and a patient-centered approach. You will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to anticipate complications, and the flexibility to adapt care plans to meet the unique, ever-changing needs of our emergency patients.
