Job summary

• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to implement treatment plans.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient care and plans.
• Manages patient flow and coordinates care for efficient service.
• Responds to emergencies with life-saving interventions.
• Facilitates admission or transfer from ER to appropriate unit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Assesses and triages patients to determine the severity of their conditions.
• Provides immediate and effective treatment to stabilize patients.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitors and records patients' vital signs and medical histories.
• Performs diagnostic tests and interprets results to assist in patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educates patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Manages patient flow and coordinates care to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Responds to medical emergencies and provides life-saving interventions.
• Facilitates admission and/or transfer of patients from the ER to appropriate room or other health care facility correctly.
