Job summary

HCA Florida West Hospital in Pensacola, FL seeks an RN Coordinator for ED Flow/Throughput to optimize patient placement, triage, EMS handoffs and transfers. You will align staffing with volume and acuity, monitor delays, and support safety, quality and patient experience initiatives while collaborating with physicians and care teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
