Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This is a full-time position with 12-hour mid shifts in a dynamic Level 4 Trauma–certified facility.

The role includes providing high-quality care to patients and requires a California RN License, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. A benefits package is offered including health care, retirement plans, and other incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active California Registered Nurse License required upon hiring.
• Current National Provider certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required upon hiring.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care in a fast-paced emergency department.
• Assist with trauma cases and emergencies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient diagnosis and treatment.

RN – Emergency

Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. Full‑time 12‑hour mid shifts. Our Emergency Department is a fast‑paced Level 4 Trauma–certified, Stroke and STEMI receiving department with an average of 240 patients per day.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider PALS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
