Job summary

Ochsner in Meridian, MS seeks a nursing leader to oversee patient care using the Nursing Process, lead an interdisciplinary team, and ensure quality outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role requires an RN license, current BLS, CPI, and ACLS within 90 days, with PALS within 90 days. BSN/ASN preferred; strong communication, organization, and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

Education

Certifications

• Required - Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area.
