Providence Tarzana Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency department on a 0.9 FTE mid shift (12 hours: 3 PM to 3 AM). The role requires California RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization
• Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
• Within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
