Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

He/she operates within organizational policies, demonstrates professional growth, and coordinates patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• One year of hospital experience for PRN roles preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Advanced specialty certifications if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate).
• Operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Coordinate patient care activities among assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.
• Maintain practice standards and contribute to quality of care throughout the unit.
• Support interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
