Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's Pasadena-based Patients Medical Center seeks a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care under the orders of each patient’s physician, and to educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, execute skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
• Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
• Additional certification/licensure may be required for some specialty areas

Job Requirements
Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, PALS and TNCC required
• Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
• Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas

Where You'll Work
Patients Medical Center (PMC) provides inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services to residents of Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, and Clear Lake. The facility includes 53 medical/surgical beds, eight ICU beds and three endoscopy rooms, and offers a range of primary and specialized services—wound care, general surgery, gastroenterology, occupational health, heart and vascular, women’s services, diagnostic imaging, outpatient rehab services, and sleep disorders.
Pay Range
$35.45 - $55.36 /hour
