Job summary

MUHA in Mullins, SC seeks an experienced registered nurse to join the Emergency Department team, delivering comprehensive patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will lead assigned staff, participate in governance, and uphold standards of care. Requirements include ASN, SC RN licensure (or compact), and BLS certification. 36 hours weekly, on-site, hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Minimum of one year of RN work experience.
• Current South Carolina RN licensure or compact state licensure.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification or Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team for age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and professional conduct.
• Participate in shared governance and professional development to promote leadership and clinical excellence.
