Formación

• Associates nursing or diploma nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN license required upon hire or active multi-state compact status.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with the care team.
• Document patient assessments, care delivered, and incidents per policy.
• Communicate care plans with staff and families to support patient satisfaction and safety.
• Support performance improvement and governance initiatives.

Associate Degree in Nursing
